Avani Maseru Hotel

I really loved the cleanliness of your facilities. The rooms were kept clean at all times. Well done to your ladies that kept our rooms clean. The breakfast was out of this world. Great breakfast variety. The ladies preparing the food were very friendly and the food that was prepared especially fried eggs, wow!! My wife and I really enjoyed your breakfast. The breakfast area was also well decorated and clean, everyone serving breakfast was excellent and all I saw was team work and this is highly appreciated. I will definately come back again for the third visit. Keep up the good work everyone!!!

The Avani Maseru is not taking guests at this point. I was hosted at the Avani Lesotho which is a wonderful facility, excellent facilities with lovely fews over the city!

Hospitality,and the atmosphere was that of top notch,when we arrive the staff from the security till we arrive at our rooms.

I cannot say a lot as I went for breakfast with just 30 minutes into the closing time for breakfast and just grabbed a little of what was left. I guess, I was overtaken by the comfort of a warm comfortable bed such that I underestimated breakfast time. I had a warm reception of Emma at de front desk, the Housekeeper brought me 2 additional beds as it was cold - the heater not functioning well; she called the technician to look at it, it seemed it needed a major repair; then Ntate Keketso organised a new room which we were moved into; he assisted with my luggage with one of his Colleagues. Their service was very excellent.!!
